Food waste is kind of a big meal. Globally, 40% of the food that is produced is lost or wasted. Food waste happens everywhere (in restaurants, on farms, in grocery stores and even in our very own kitchens) and it has a huge impact on the environment, the economy and on society. Check out this helpful resource to learn more about food waste and what you can do to become a food waste fighter.
