On Friday, May 3, Carson House students presented their sustainability projects that they had been working on all semester. In partnership with sustainability stakeholders on campus, these students were able to come up with innovative ways to make UC Merced a more sustainable campus while also driving awareness. Projects included work at the campus community garden, work with the Pavilion Dining Center and work with the Lantern Cafe to reduce food waste.
